Employees are required to go through an orientation process.  We offer in-service courses to our staff on a variety of topics.  The trainings enhance skills and keep employees up to date with issues related to our field of service.  On-going training is mandatory and includes the following topics:  

First Aid and CPR 

Health and Safety issues

Client Rights/Human Rights

Medication Administration

Boundaries and Ethics

Universal Precautions

Fire Safety 

Privacy Laws 

PAC/CPI

Unicare offers Red Cross certification courses in CPR & First Aid.  Classes are offered on site at your convenience.  For more information & group discounts please contact Unicare!
